3. Deliverables:

*Appointment Setting:** Our dedicated call representatives will dedicate hourly efforts each business day to contacting your provided leads. The specific number of calls will vary depending on the complexity of the outreach and the responsiveness of the leads.

*Marketing Consulting:** Monthly delivery of strategic marketing advice and proprietary intellectual property tailored to your business needs.

4. Guarantees:

OutReachPros does not offer guarantees regarding the number of appointments scheduled or the specific results of our marketing consulting services. Our focus is on diligently applying our expertise and resources to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

5. Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our services, OutReachPros does not offer refunds.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, OutReachPros will not bill the client for the period of the delay. We will communicate proactively with clients regarding any anticipated delays.

7. Billing:

OutReachPros bills in arrears. Invoices will be issued after the delivery of services. All payments are processed in US Dollars.

8. Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for providing OutReachPros with a qualified list of leads for our appointment setting services. The client is also expected to respond to communications from OutReachPros in a timely manner.

9. Service Area:

OutReachPros currently serves clients exclusively within the United States.

10. Payment Methods: We do not accept credit card payments directly through our website. Separate payment arrangements will be made with each client.

11. Data Security: We implement robust security measures to protect your information, including encryption, firewalls, and secure server facilities. We comply with PCI standards for data security.
